Ammunition Shipping Policy and Procedures

We are committed to complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of ammunition. Unlike firearms, ammunition can generally be shipped to most areas within the United States. However, certain regions have specific regulations that must be followed, including third-party transfers through local Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs). Below are the detailed policies and procedures we follow to ensure compliance:

  1. Verification of Shipping Restrictions:

    • While there are no areas in the U.S. where ammunition shipments are completely prohibited, certain states and counties require ammunition to be transferred through a third-party FFL before it reaches the customer.

    • Our system verifies the shipping address against a database of regions where ammunition must be sent to a local FFL for legal transfer to the buyer. These regions currently include, but are not limited to, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C., and others with specific shipping protocols.

    • If the shipping address requires an FFL transfer, the customer will be notified during checkout.

  2. Third-Party Transfers (FFL):

    • In restricted areas, we will ship the ammunition to a local FFL of the customer’s choosing. The FFL will then transfer the ammunition to the buyer, following all legal requirements.

    • Customers will be prompted during checkout to select a local FFL if their shipping address falls within a restricted region.

    • The cost and arrangements related to the FFL transfer will be the responsibility of the customer, and any associated fees will be clearly communicated at checkout.

  3. Order Review and Customer Notification:

    • If an order is flagged for FFL involvement, our compliance team will review the details and notify the customer within 24 hours.

    • The customer will be given instructions for selecting a valid FFL to complete the transfer.

    • If no FFL is selected within 5 business days, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

  4. General Shipping Terms:

    • We or a third party will ship your goods. If a third party is used, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and applicable policies, in addition to ours. Please contact us for information regarding the third party’s identity and policies.

    • Shipping costs will be calculated and presented at checkout. Note that due to the nature of our shipments, we cannot guarantee that products will be shipped within a specified timeframe, and we are not liable for delays in delivery.

    • For orders containing multiple items, shipments may arrive separately.

    • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Customers must ensure that delivery addresses are secure from theft, exposure to weather, or extreme temperatures. Any claims for incorrect or missed shipments must be reported to us within 10 days of the shipment acknowledgment, or they will be deemed waived.

  5. Prevention of Non-Compliant Shipments:

    • Orders flagged for shipment restrictions or requiring an FFL transfer will be held until proper procedures are followed. If the customer does not provide the necessary information, the order will be canceled and refunded.

  6. Customer Acknowledgement:

    • At checkout, customers will be required to acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to our shipping policies, including any third-party FFL transfer requirements. This acknowledgment is mandatory for completing an order.

  7. Continuous Updates:

    • We routinely review and update our database of restricted areas and shipping policies to ensure full compliance with the latest laws and regulations.

Please Note: We are prohibited by law from shipping directly to certain states and counties. If you reside in one of these areas, we apologize for the inconvenience. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates federal, state, or local laws.
